With a strong desire to provide quality steaks to the people of South Africa, and the realisation that there were no good Steakhouses in Durban, Manuel Savic set out to change the tide.
Butcher Block was founded in 2003 by Manuel, and has since grown into a well-known and highly respected steakhouse company.
