We are so excited to announce the first in our series of cooking classes with locals chefs taking place this March at The Spice Emporium!

For our first class, we have teamed up with Debbie Rich from Out to Lunch, well known around Durban for her incredible health food and her super colourful vegan food truck, Clementine.

Debbie has put together an exciting line up of demos which will consist out of the following:

  • Power Smoothies & Smoothie Bowls
  • Anytime Granola
  • Gourmet Veggie Burgers
  • “No cheese” Strawberry and Rose Cheesecake:
  • Colour Filled Meals: Pink Rice Noodles
  • Guilt Free All Day Treats

Don’t miss out on joining us to learn not only how to expand your ‘healthy’ cooking knowledge, but to also prepare food consciously and eat for a healthier planet.
