Efficient, organized and logical, these are the three words that describe mother of one, Dianne Barwise, the new Relationship Marketing Manager at Suncoast Casino, Hotels & Entertainment.

Originally from Pretoria, Dianne has been a Pinetown resident since 2016 after moving from her previous position as a Direct Marketing and Loyalty Manager in Gauteng. At Suncoast, she will oversee Customer Relationship Management focusing on customer loyalty and long-term customer engagement.

We love our customers and our customers love us, so at SUNCOAST, we want to improve on the experience of each person who walks through our doors with the aim of them visiting us again. We welcome Dianne to our marketing team with open arms and cannot wait to make magic! says SUNCOAST Marketing Manager, Louise Howell.

In her 16-year career, Dianne first started off in sales at one of South Africas biggest technology stores.

I started my career in retail before moving into the gaming industry, where I joined the sales team at one of the largest manufacturers of gaming solutions and poker machines in the world, Barwise says.

After having a child she wanted to cut back on travelling and made the change from sales to marketing before relocating to Durban to be closer to family.

Outside of the workplace, Dianne can be found traveling to new places, enjoying a game of golf, watching her favourite TV shows, spending time with her family or listening to music.

A personally driven individual, Dianne lives by the words of Julian Edelman who said, “People that work hard and legitimately do everything that they can… they tend to be luckier”.
