Nobody knows who said; “If life brings you troubles, drink some Champagne, then your problems will just become bubbles…” but the same could be said of Graham Beck Méthode Cap Classique. With this in mind raise a glass to the weekend, break out the bubbly and enjoy the sparkles at the upcoming Food and Wine Pairing Dinner at Big Easy Durban.
Creating perfect quality sparkling wines is what the Western Cape-based Graham Beck Winery (on the famous Route 62 near Robertson) does best. Voted winner of the Best Bubbly category at the 2017 Klink Awards, the estate is now focused purely on producing the best Méthode Cap Classique (MCC) sparkling wines on the market.
Pierre de Klerk of Graham Beck Winery will be treating diners to a bubbly journey of delight with a selection of sparkling wines from the estate. Big Easy Durban’s Head Chef Janine Fourie has created an elegantly-paired four-course menu to match the bubbles. An epicurean adventure of good food, plentiful fizz and a fab-filled evening awaits.
