Recipe: Peanut butter & banana smoothie
- 1 large banana
- 100 ml milk
- 175 ml double cream or low fat yoghurt
- 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Cut up banana and place in blender with all other ingredients and blend for at least 1 minute until smooth.
- Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
Peanut butter might not be everyones taste, and it can be substituted with a protein powder or another fruit such as apple, strawberries or frozen berries.
