Suncoast Towers Hotel appoints new Head Chef
Tsogo Sun’s Suncoast Towers hotel is pleased to announce the appointment of Manoj Rama as Head Chef. In his new role he will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s dining venue, room service, catering and culinary events, as well as further enhancing the hotels celebrated culinary offerings.
“I’m thrilled and privileged to lead such a talented team. The hotel has great ambitions for the restaurant and together I believe we are creating something really special. With my professional knowledge and a blend of creativity, passion for food and exceptional cooking skills, I am ready to show case my flair for authentic Durban Indian cuisine,” said Rama.
Having served in various hospitality food and beverage positions in the Tsogo Sun group, Rama is a seasoned culinary professional with over 11 years of experience. Rama who graduated Cum Laude during his studies, is living testimony to the strength of the combination of experience and solid knowledge of the culinary industry. Manoj has grown tremendously during his time at Tsogo Sun, with a passion for leading and grooming upcoming chefs.
