Or thrill to the tongue-tingling halaal fusion food of Zainab and Faatimah Paruk, owners of Chilli Chocolate Chefs.
You’ll get to find out just what it takes to earn a Michelin Star with chef extraordinaire Johannes Richter, and youll get to educate your inner oenophile with the Laurie Smorthwaite of the KZN School of Wine, who will wax lyrical about old and new wines, and the secrets of pairing.
All of this plays out on a stage decked out with lavish large appliances from Grundig.
